CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ritual Skin + Wax, you and your time are valued and respected. Cancellations or alterations to your scheduled appointment must be made 24 hours in advance. Failing to comply with this policy may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. If you know you are going to be late to your appointment, please call or text 828-544-0043 to ensure that I can accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment and do not contact me, you will be considered a no call/no show and your appointment will be canceled, resulting in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
